Panel session at the Design Council in London

The Design Council very kindly invited me to attend a panel session to discuss some of the issues involved in delivering products and services for older people. I very much enjoyed the session and a chance to hear about some of the interesting business start-ups that have been created as part of the Independence Matters project.
