Voice-Analyzing app being tested to detect concussion of football players

I read this and thought that there was a direct application to the older market.

Researchers in the US are testing concussion-detection app on nearly a thousand high school and youth football players. The reason is that 90% of concussions go undiagnosed.

A voice-analysis program run on a tablet could help high school and youth coaches recognize concussions on the sidelines of football and other high-impact sport games.

Surely the same technology could be used to detect stroke and kidney infection problems in older people that result in change speech patterns? Dick Stroud
