Communications use by ethnic minority groups and age

You don't often find any research done about the communications use of ethnic minority groups and especially when it is segmented by age. 

I recently discovered this document (Ethnic Minority Groups and Communication Services An Ofcom Special Report) and thought that it was worth highlighting. Dick Stroud
