Getting packaging right is important for all consumers but particularly the older variety

You should read Kim Walker's blog about the Tetra Pak’s annual Consumer Generations Whitepaper.

He finds that what should have been a state of the art whitepaper on the subject rehashes the basics and oversimplifies the challenge in what seems to be a largely self-serving document.

I am staggered that the quality of packaging remains at such a poor level when it is obvious to anybody, with a basic understanding of the ageing business, that is a vital ingredient in delivering a good customer experience. Read the blog. Dick Stroud
