Age Concern gets younger and more commercial

Age Concern (a UK pressure group for older people) has just launched a research services company. I quote from their brochure (no web site yet).
We provide specific research panels and surveys, consultancy and assessment & evaluation services about the 50+ marketplace for:
• Government and policy makers / shapers
• Other third sector organisations
• Local authorities and other statutory bodies
• Commercial product and service suppliers

The research services they are providing include (quote from brochure)
LifeForce Surveys and Reports. An annual research and conference programme investigating the issues and needs of the over 50 population

L3 Panel. An on-going panel of 10,000 people aged 50+, with detailed quarterly studies about specific topics such as health, finance, security, mobility etc.

The challenge Age Concern faces is changing the image that they are just about the vulnerable old (60+) – a job that it does very well.
