'Wrap rage' hitting the over-50s

I am sorry if it seems that I am having a rant about the BBC but I guess there is no way of disguising that fact - I am!

It’s so good to see that BBC taking the issue of the 50+ so seriously. On one had there is real issue with the difficulty in removing mind boggling complex wrapping – especially for those with physical disabilities. On the other hand it is patronising and stupid to have such a worthless news story.

Apparently 99% thought packaging had got harder to open in the past 10 years and 97% thought there was just "too much excess packaging". Well doesn’t that come as a surprise.

It seems that when the BBC is not portraying the old as a problem (see previous post) it trivialises them with this well wrapped rubbish.
