I have stopped commenting about the twaddle that is written about those terrible Boomers and how their behaviour has left their children's lives in tatters. Most of it is re-hashed copy that has been churned-out before. Litte or no analysis and not worth the digits it is written with.
I am relieved to see that it gets firmly up the nose of my fellow American marketer - Matt Thornhill.
The really interesting thing to consider why this subject generates such hostility in parts of the chattering class. Perhaps it is repressed anger at their parents? Dick Stroud
