Size 12s are not what they once were - they have expanded

Kim Walker has an interesting and amusing blog about the expanding waists of British women. The Economist believes that clothes manufacturers have been slowly increasing the waist measurements of women's clothes. So what was a size 14 in 1975 is now a size 10.


I guess this is just another facet of the obesity epidemic. Dick Stroud
