Kim Walker talking about Age Friendliness at a TED conference

If you read my blog you will know that I have been working with Kim Walker to develop a software tool to evaluate customer age-friendliness over all of the touchpoints involved in the sales journey.

Kim was recently in Hong Kong speaking at a TED conference about the subject. Hopefully, we will soon have the TED video of his session.
