IPad users are the most satisfied

About a year ago, Kim Walker and I worked on a project to audit the age-friendliness of the customer journey to purchase and use an iPad.

The score Apple achieved was the highest we have ever recorded.

Today,  J.D. Power and Associates issued its report about tablet satisfaction. 

Would you believe that Apple ranks highest in owner satisfaction. Nice to be proved right. Dick Stroud
