Tesco to use older shop assistants to help older customers buy a smartphone

The UK supermarket giant Tesco has concluded that: "older shoppers are more daunted by the prospect of buying a mobile phone than going to the doctors or their bank manager."

Answer - get some tech savvy oldies to act as sales assistants.
