Tech Asia looks an interesting site
Apparently, Kaixin, one of China’s earliest Facebook-style social networks has launched a parent-oriented photo diary app called Kaixin Baby.
This has nothing to do with the older market but does illustrate how digital media is not immune from cohort ageing.
I wonder if Facebook will have the same experience? Does your 11 year old want to join Facebook or do they perceive it as only for the aged?
Basically, the question this asks is does technology grow old with its users. I guess Apple proves that it doesn't have to be that way. Nokia shows that it does. Interesting thought. Dick Stroud
