Baby Boomers: Riding the Wave of Diversity

This is an excellent report from SymphonyIRI Group about the different consumption patterns of consumer goods by different ages of older people (in the US)

The three groups it studies are:

  • Younger Boomers aged 49 - 57
  • Older Boomers aged 58 -67
  • Seniors aged 68 - 88

Fascinating reading and great evidence in illustrating the differences in 'older people' to those who keep trying to lump them all together. Definitely are report for your digital collection - and it is free. Dick Stroud
