Ofcom report about consumer experiences of different communications channels


Lots of stuff about the channel use of UK people in the OFCOM report: The Consumer Experience of 2012. No single one conclusion but piles of charts and graphs for future presentations like the one above.

What makes it all the better is that it is free - well not really, Paid for by the UK taxpayer.
