Now I don't feel so bad about wearing glasses
This image will mean nothing to non-Brits but the picture is of Lulu who was a singer back in the sixties and who I thought was gorgeous - as did most boys/men of my age. Lulu is 65.
Interesting choice by Specsavers to use her in their ads - not such a good choice of the white reversed out name of the company.
Personally, I prefer the amusing series of ads the company has been running on UK TV. Classic age-neutral advertising Here is the latest. Dick Stroud
