Amazon Mayday - is this the future of providing just in time help
This is the first time I have seen the use of video to provide just in time help.
I can well see in the longer term this could have a lot of benefits for IT users with limited skills. In the short term I would think it will be mainly used by the tech literate. Dick Stroud

Aw, this was an extremely good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to generate a good article...
but what can I say... I procrastinate a whole
lot and don't manage to get nearly anything done.
