Boomers in the US workforce

Nothing very surprising in this analysis (from Gallup) about the level of of involvement of Boomers in the US workforce.

I think the most interesting comment from Gallup was that workforce participation among the oldest Baby Boomers (60-68) didn’t measurably change between 2010 and 2014.

There can be no doubt that there are some large waves of change taking place in the working habits of older people but they are taking a long time to show through in the numbers. Dick Stroud
