The customer experience is so important to Millennials (and Boomers)

I had to laugh. I was trying to get a report about how Millennials will not tolerate poor customer services and expect instant access etc etc etc etc etc etc.

When I tried to download the report I got the Incorrect Link message. It is not just Millennials that get *iss**d off about broken links. And before anybody tells me I know my web site has them as well!

I expect (hope) the problem has been fixed by now. Here is the download page. Dick Stroud
