Bose provides an excellent customer experience - except for one thing

Econsultancy has an informative article about why the shopping experience on the Bose website is so good - and they are right  - it is excellent.

The site will appeal to all ages and can be used by all ages. Funnily enough it is very similar in construction to the Apple website.

The one big omission is the lack of facilities to compare one product with another. In many cases a comparison is not possible but there are instances, like earphones, where it would be good to see what I get for spending twice the money. This is something that Apple does very well. Dick Stroud
