What does 'age friendly banking' look like US style? I think 'simplistic' is the word

I recently visited the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and heard what they are doing to ensure that the UK's financial services sector is prepared for demographic changes that are taking place. One of their ventures is to help with the zillions of scams aimed at older people.

This is the best thing I have found about what is happening in the US. I am sure there must be other activities but they have passed me by.

I have to say that this document from the US is rather simplistic. Hopefully there is deeper thinking going on somewhere with the industry. Dick Stroud
