Renaissance of an older, wiser model

I guess it makes a good story “old model makes good”. The Sunday Times is getting into the habit of carrying these articles and today’s is about Paula Hamilton: “Sassy 1980s woman tells how she survived drugs and suicide bids to become a success in her forties”

It is worth a read, as it the sub article about Twiggy and the success of the Marks and Spencer advertisements. One of the quotes is interesting: “Maureen Hinton, senior retail analyst at Verdict Research says: “They’re very different to their mothers’ generation: 16% are divorced and more are single.

I am not so sure about this number- it looks extremely high to me. Dick Stroud
