Scottsdale a small town tale of Boomer folk

Normally there isn’t much to learn from the way that local press talks about the 50-plus/boomers. It is either a reprint of syndicated news stories or a banal tale without lessons or insights.

I read this story about a Scottsdale, wherever that might be, and thought that this is what is happening all over the US and parts of Europe. It doesn’t make the headlines there is no knock-down story line it just describes the reality of an aging and in many places wealthy population.

Just read the story and keep thinking to yourself: “what new business opportunities does this create”. If you haven’t got a long list by the end of the article then maybe you should consider a non-business career. Dick Stroud
