So who do you believe?

A survey conducted on behalf of FH Boom shows 59% of Boomers believe that companies are doing a better job today than they were 10 years ago in marketing their products and services to them. This echoes the results of another recent survey by Zoomerang.
If, in the year when the media was awash with the first Boomers having their 60th birthday, corporate America hasn’t started engaging with older consumers then we might as well all give-up.

On the same day as this press release there is another stating that a nearly half of Boomers feel Ignored. A study by GfK shows that 45% of Boomers say they feel overlooked by marketers who advertise on TV. So who do you believe? Dick Stroud
