NavGate Technologies provides technology-based care solutions and has created CareOptionsOnLine (COOL) to educate working-age adults about the necessity to plan for their present and future care needs – an area that is vastly misunderstood and lacking in accessible information and tools. That’s what the press release says.
Strangely the press release does not contain any link to CareOptionsOnLine. If you do bother to look at the site you will find you need an access code to gain entry.
So what do I get if I go to Navgate? Three simple flash presentations and then nothing, other than form to complete. What do I get if I complete the form? A message saying somebody will give me a call.
Using the Web to communicate is hard enough without trying to make the prespective customer jump through hoops. Maybe Navgate has set some sort of pre-screening exercise? Dick Stroud
