Adobe 2013 Mobile Consumer Survey results

You can download the latest report from Adobe about the mobile habits of consumers.

Nothing that will knock your socks off but lots of good charts for presentations.

Two big gripes about the report.

Firstly, why stop the age grouping at 64 - please, please try and understand that this is next to useless. There is a big difference between the mobile habits of a 64 year old and somebody who is 85 years old.

Secondly, there is no attempt to explain why older people use mobiles less for complex transactions. It is nothing, well very little, to do with not understanding the technology but a lot tp do with finding it physically difficult to use. You know, things like eyesight and dexterity issues.

Other that these two omissions it is pretty good . Dick Stroud
