How technology and age related words have changed in frequency - thanks Google ngrams
First. You are going to have to click on these images if you want any chance of reading them.
I have been playing about with the Google ngrams viewer. Not heard about it?
It is amazing and enables you to search a portfolio of books for the frequency that words have appeared.
These two graphs show a combination of ageing and technology words so you can see how the frequency has changed over the past years. Unfortunately, the most recent date is 2008 but even so it gives a good feel for what words are on the incline/decline. Dick Stroud
