The gaps between the expert and public understanding of ageing in the US


I am sure that this report contains some useful stuff for marketers but it is something of a tussle to find it amongst the verbiage.

Basically it looks at what 'experts' think about ageing. Mmmm, I always get a little bit jumpy when the collective views of experts is seen as being of much value.

This is compared against the public view. From the gap it highlights the issues facing those trying to communicate about all things ageing.

It is not a document to skim and I really should give it another read before passing any judgement. If you are in the comms business you should download it and have a look for yourself. Dick Stroud
