Euroskepticism increases with age - not just in the UK but throughout Europe

Pew Global has researched that attitudes towards the EU in the main European countries.

Can  you believe it, older Brits are more likely to favour the EU than their French counterparts. Who would have thought that?

In all the countries, except Italy, the level of disenchantment with the EU increases with age. I wonder why that is? Maybe older people have seen more of the EU at work (or not) and don't like what they see? Maybe older people are more anti-everything.

Marketers are always looking for ways that older and younger people differ, Well this is one that certainly seems to be true. Dick Stroud
