He recently highlighted a report that has been created by the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. If you are interested in ageing in place issues then it is a must read.

The data refers to the US but we in Europe have all of these issues and a few more.

As you can see there is going to be huge changes and challenges placed on the housing sector. This is going to lead to some fantastic business opportunities.
