She puts a very positive spin on it all - which might shake up a curmudgeon like you! ;) Sometimes it veers into the 'motivational' - but she does a good job justifying her points.
I think we all have this feeling that we're smarter in many ways than we were thirty years ago - and we even 'think better' than we did in our twenties, thirties - and she puts forth a good case that this is probably true.
