Age is no longer an issue determining Internet use

Well this statement is not totally true but the latest figures from OFCOM show that in all age ranges between 15-64 the use of the Internet is now above 50%. The age range 35-44 has the highest penetration (70%) but I believe, for marketing purposes, the differences are not significant. The 65+ and the 75+ show a marked difference. Not so many of the 65+ age cohort were working during the Internet era and even fewer of the 75+. Dick Stroud: www.20plus30.com
