Marketing and HR share common problems

I am convinced the issues that marketing has with the 50+ are mirrored in the inter-generational strains that are occurring in the workplace. Companies are facing a loss of knowledge as large numbers of the 50+ disappear from the workforce plus the difficulty of employing multiple generation of staff with different outlooks on life.

This is a good article about the latter problem. It is the first time I have heard of the term a “generational consultant” but I suspect it will not be the last. Dick Stroud www.20plus30.com
