I was recently in contact with Mike Sullivan, who runs 50-Plus Communications Consulting, based in the US.
Mike has some very interesting things to say about the physiological effects of aging. There is an excellent presentation on his site that it is well worth downloading and an article about the way older people process sales messages that appears on thematuremarketing.
