Another one bites the dust and another one gone….

This is very much a UK specific item.

PrimeTime Radio that was aimed at the 50-plus market is to be transformed into a station pumping out jazz (aimed at the 35+ ABCs).

It is not clear if this is because of the lack of success of PrimeTime Radio or is due to the acrimonious dispute between PrimeTime owner, Roger de Haan, the former owner of Saga Group, and Digital One.

Having never listened to PrimeTime Radio I don’t know if this transformation is to be a welcomed or not. Dick Stroud
