Kimberly-Clark’s brilliant design

Marketing magazine has just announced its awards for marketing design and Kimberly-Clark has won the Grand Prix award for its Kotex tampons product.

The reason for talking about this is that I think the design is brilliant and something, I suspect, that appeals across the age spectrum. Consumers seem to think so since the perception of the product has increased by 144% and this has translated into increased sales. The design agency for the re-branding was Coley Porter Bell.
